At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including item details, sizing, and shipping information.

Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal to pay customs duties or import fees
  • or unclaimed parcels

We will issue a refund for the item cost only, once the package is received back in its original condition.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers, or customs processing.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
